Our Story

From humble beginnings to a pizza powerhouse, our journey started with a single gazebo on a rainy Saturday at Warwick Market in 2018. Since then, we've perfected our craft, serving over 180,000 artisan pizzas across hundreds of events.


Our Pizza Philosophy:
We are dedicated to the authentic Neapolitan experience. Our pizzas feature a unique starter "born" in 1907, are hand-stretched to a satisfying 10–11 inches, and cook in just 90 seconds. This efficiency ensures every hungry adult gets a fresh, hot meal without the wait—each of our trucks is capable of serving up to 100 pizzas per hour!


The New Airstream Experience:
This year marks the launch of our show-stopping silver Airstream. Beyond our signature pizzas, this new mobile kitchen is equipped with a professional barista setup, allowing us to proudly serve award-winning Hundred House Coffee and premium tea.
